Not directly. But we help guide you through the process of ordering from one of our trusted liquor partners or your preferred vendor. We’ll even coordinate pick-up, keg ordering, and more.

We specialize in cold, ready-to-serve beverages like prosecco, beer, cold brew coffee, aguas frescas, batched cocktails, mocktails, and more. Anything that can be kegged or bottled—we’ve got you covered!

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own alcohol and beverages if you prefer. You don’t have to choose from our menu. We’re happy to serve whatever you provide and make it look amazing! Inquire to learn more about the process.

Yes! Our setup is beautiful as is, and we include two umbrella options for you to choose from, plus an ice chest and our signature Piaggio Ape mobile bar. We’re happy to coordinate with your planner or florist to create a personalized vibe that fits your event perfectly

You can book our Piaggio Ape mobile bar as soon as you have your event date in mind! Simply send us an inquiry with your date and event details, and we’ll follow up via email to finalize everything.
Once the details are set, we’ll send you a contract to review. To secure your date, a non-refundable $400 retainer fee is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. Cancellation and refund policies are included in the contract.
On the day of your event, we bring everything needed to serve — including bartenders, drinkware, setup, and styling. We’ll also help you choose the perfect menu to make your experience seamless and memorable.

Our home base is Milwaukee, WI. We include travel within twenty-five miles of our location. Anything beyond that is priced out based on miles.

Nova is 5ft wide, 6ft. tall, 10 ft. long and we are able to drive it almost anywhere. We can join you outdoors or indoors, as long as your entryway is wide enough to fit our Ape. Steep hills and wet grass make it difficult to drive, therefore we will discuss a rain plan. In addition, we will discuss ideal locations for us to drive and park our Ape in a way that is safe for guests, employees, and the vehicle.

Yes! We carry full liability insurance, and our bartenders are certified and trained to serve safely and professionally.
