We create personalized proposals dependent on our clients’ event needs. Some factors we consider are number of guests, hours of service, and distance. Our starting rate for our beverage service starts at $1,000.

*Travel is included within 25 miles of 53202. Distance over 25 miles is subject to a mileage rate of $1 per mile.

— Gratuity

Gratuity may be added to the contract or a tip jar can be displayed at time of the event.

— Alcohol

Per WI law, payment for alcohol must remain separate from our wagon rental services. Alcohol and beverages are not included in the preliminary beverage wagon service proposal.

— Beverages

We tap from kegs. Beverage kegs range from $80 - $250 per keg. Our beverage menu will be included in the preliminary proposal for your review.

Send us an inquiry with your event date and details. We will follow up via email. Once we have finalized all the details, we will send over a contract for your review and signature. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

30 days before your event, we will work with you to plan your event’s drink menu.

15 days prior to the event final payment is due.

We will assist with keg beverage calculations. Coordinate the order, pick up and return all kegs after your event.
